Check to see you're browsing with Microsoft Internet Explorer V8. This new version doesn't work well with some of our pages. If the page looks funny or you aren't seeing our photos, that's probably the cause. We're working on a fix. In the meantime, try clicking on the "Compatability button" -- it's right next to the "Refresh" button -- that may fix the problem.
